Hi, I’m Siobhan, the maker behind Pemberton Cookie Co.

I started decorating cookies while on maternity leave, hoping to make something special for my son’s birthday parties. What began as a creative outlet quickly grew into a love for baking and designing custom cookies.

All of my cookies are baked and decorated in a Vancouver Coastal Health approved commercial kitchen in Pemberton, BC. I also hold my food processing license and FoodSafe certification, ensuring every order meets the highest standards of quality and food safety.

As a busy mom, I may not be able to accommodate every booking, but I’ll always do my best to fit orders into my schedule. Every cookie is baked and decorated by hand with care and attention to detail, making them a sweet and thoughtful addition to your celebrations.
